Each booking must be accompanied by a £70 holding deposit which reserves the property. This will be applied as an advance rent payment when you sign the tenancy agreement.  This is non-returnable if you fail to go ahead with the tenancy.

The weekly rent for each person featured in our adverts excludes the initial holding deposit/advance rent of £70.
